Refund Policy

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been installed or used
• Custom or special-order items
• Items marked as final sale

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
