Warranty Policy

At Breakers Mart, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. All items are backed by a warranty against manufacturing and functional defects, with coverage length depending on the condition of the item at the time of purchase.

Warranty Coverage by Condition

New — 12-Month Warranty
Unused items in original, unopened condition are covered for 12 months from the date of delivery.

New Open Box — 10-Month Warranty
Items that are new and unused but sold without original retail packaging are covered for 10 months from the date of delivery.

Reconditioned — 90-Day Warranty
Previously owned items that have been tested and inspected for full functionality are covered for 90 days from the date of delivery.

What's Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that affect the normal use and function of the product.

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accident
  • Improper installation or wiring not performed by a licensed electrician
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Products that have been modified, altered, or repaired by anyone other than Breakers Mart
  • Cosmetic wear on open box or reconditioned items that does not affect function

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Warranty Start Date

All warranty periods begin on the date your order is delivered, as recorded by the shipping carrier.
