TRS200R fuse identity: The Mersen/Ferraz Shawmut TRS200R belongs to the Tri-Onic Class RK5 line and is a 200-amp current-limiting fuse with time delay. It is a one-time fuse with rejection-style Class R dimensions—not a renewable fuse.
The delay characteristic is intended to ride through normal motor starting and transformer inrush while maintaining overcurrent protection. Coordination still depends on the complete time-current study and the installed fuse holder.
Confirm Class RK5 acceptance, voltage, ampere rating, holder clips, rejection feature, interrupting requirement, and conductor/equipment ratings. Never replace it under load. Selection and servicing should be performed by qualified personnel following lockout procedures.
There is a $15 charge for delivery. Additional charges will be imposed by our couriers for delivery to remote areas, a surcharge may be levied to cover carriage to these areas.
