Q115DF is Siemens’ 15A pigtail-neutral dual-function breaker. Within one QFGA2 housing, Siemens handles qualifying arcing and 5 mA leakage-to-ground on a single 120V branch circuit; the interrupting rating is 10 kA.

Q115DF specifications

  • Siemens reference: Q115DF
  • Type: QFGA2 dual function
  • Protection: CAFCI plus 5 mA GFCI
  • Rating: 15A, 1 pole, 120V AC
  • Interrupt rating: 10 kA
  • Neutral style: Pigtail
  • Mounting: Plug-in
  • Feature: Self-test and lockout electronics

Q115DF versus Q115DFN

The shared “DF” function does not make the two models identical. Q115DF carries a neutral pigtail; Q115DFN is built for a Siemens plug-on-neutral rail. Select the connection that the loadcenter label accepts, not whichever version is more readily available.

Make a four-way match

Verify breaker type, neutral method, protection requirement, and electrical rating: QFGA2, pigtail, AFCI/GFCI, 15A at 120V. Then confirm 10 kA is adequate for the available fault current and review conductor data. A qualified installer should make the final compatibility decision.
