QF120 is the legacy pigtail-neutral Siemens 20A GFCI. It protects a single 120V branch circuit at the Class A 5 mA ground-fault level and carries a 10 kA interrupting rating. It is not a plug-on-neutral breaker.

Correcting the copied neutral description

QF120 uses a white line-neutral pigtail; it should not be described as plug-on neutral. Siemens’ product comparison places QF120 beside later QF120A, but any replacement decision must still follow the panel label and current manufacturer documentation.

Legacy GFCI fit check

Match QF120 or an explicitly approved successor to the Siemens loadcenter, 20A single-pole 120V circuit, 5 mA protection requirement, and 10 kA rating. Confirm line and load neutral wiring before installation. A qualified electrician should select and install the device.
