QN2200 and QN2200R share the same basic 200A, two-pole electrical rating, but the handle orientation is different. QN2200 uses the standard Type QN configuration, while QN2200R is the Type QNR reverse-handle version. Select the model specified on the loadcenter or panel documentation rather than choosing only by amperage and voltage.
Verify that the Siemens equipment specifically accepts a Type QN breaker and that the application requires 200A, two-pole protection on a 120/240V AC system. Check conductor size, lug requirements, available fault current, mounting orientation, and any required retaining hardware. Final breaker selection and installation should be completed by a qualified electrical professional.
