A concise standard-breaker distinction

HOM230 does not use a neutral pigtail or plug-on-neutral rail and has no AFCI or GFCI test function. Those features belong to other Homeline catalog numbers. Removing them from this page keeps a standard two-pole breaker from being misrepresented as an electronic protection device.

Match HOM230 against the loadcenter label, 30A load and conductor design, two-pole 120/240V configuration, and 10 kA requirement. Homeline and QO are different Square D platforms. A qualified person should verify sizing and install the breaker under the panel instructions.
