QO120PAF is the 20A member of Square D’s QO plug-on-neutral AFCI line. It provides combination arc-fault protection for a single 120V branch circuit and uses a direct neutral-rail interface in QO equipment approved for that arrangement.

AFCI-only versus dual function

The PAF designation describes a plug-on-neutral arc-fault breaker. It does not include the Class A GFCI function found in QO120PDF or its newer QO120PAFGF successor. That difference should be resolved from the circuit specification before comparing price or availability.

Confirm the exact QO format

Check the loadcenter directory for QO plug-on-neutral acceptance and match QO120PAF, 20A, one pole, 120V, and 10 kA to the intended circuit. Square D Homeline and QO devices are separate systems. Have a qualified electrician verify the equipment labeling, code requirements, and installation.

There is a $15 charge for delivery. Additional charges will be imposed by our couriers for delivery to remote areas, a surcharge may be levied to cover carriage to these areas.
